Job summary

The post holder will be a key member of the senior management team and will provide leadership and senior operational support for clinical services for our nursing and paramedic teams and be responsible for providing managerial and professional leadership for their teams working within the PCN to ensure that the delivery and standards of care provided is safe, effective and person-centred care ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care for the practice population.

Main duties of the job

Proactive leadership to manage, support and develop nursing and paramedic teams to ensure the highest standards of care.

Provide professional leadership and mentorship to clinical staff.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in clinical practices

Collaborate with the senior management team to deliver and implement the partnership strategy.
