Job summary
This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of prescription requests for our patients, liaising effectively with other members of the team that include the reception staff, GPs and the Pharmacy Technician.
New Lyminge Surgery are also looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist. For candidates looking for full-time posts the two roles can be combined.

Duties can include but are not limited to, the processing of repeat prescriptions in electronic and hard copy format, including online requests and the dispensary.
The post is part time (25hrs per week) but will be required to work over 5 days. Start and finish times can be flexible.

Main duties of the job
Process and deal with prescription queries from patients, local LD homes and community pharmacies.

To liaise with community pharmacies and care homes and other clinical teams.
To assist with any other ad-hoc administration processes when required.
About us
We are a busy semi-rural surgery situation in the village of Lyminge, near Folkestone.
We have a well established team of GPs, experienced nurses, other clinicians as well as administrative staff.
