Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to: welcoming and assisting patients, answering telephone calls, managing patient enquiries, liaising with external healthcare providers such as hospitals and pharmacies, and carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support patient care.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a GP practice

  • EMIS clinical system trained
