Job summary
Cover needed for
Maternity Leave starting from May 2025 for up to 10 months with 4- 6 sessions
per week including 1-2 on call days per week
We would need a
minimum commitment of 4-6 months from the applicant
Days needed are
Monday, Thursday and Friday although there is some flexibility with this.
Main duties of the job
Job Description
Full day consist of 27
patient appointments per day for routine and urgent problems, split across a
mixture of telephone consultations and face to face consultation plus
e-consults
Option of 15 minute
appointments if preferred
An on-call day will
also include managing requests for extra urgent patients, home visits and
urgent external queries; extra time is blocked out for this
Use of EMIS web,
Docman, T-quest, AccuRx and e-Referral system

About us
Manor Road Practice
is in the heart of Beckenham and aims to offer friendly, accessible,
personalised care to our 6,300 patients
Our staff consists
of 3 GP Partners, practice nursing team, and associate health care practioner
staff which currently include a Physicians Associate, Pharmacist, Mental
Health Practitioner and Musculoskeletal Practitioner. We also have support
staff consisting of a Practice Manager and 10 reception/admin staff
