Job summary
21 hour part time Receptionist Administrator required.
We are looking for a caring, customer service-oriented, and friendly individual to join our small practice team. The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills, be able to work calmly under pressure, and possess a good telephone manner. Confidentiality and patient care are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of professionals, people, and patients.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve reception and administration duties. Candidate must have a valid driving licence and access to a car, as occasional work at the branch surgery in Orton will be required.
Previous experience in medical reception/administration is desirable but not essential. Two references will be required, and the post is subject to DBS clearance.
Hours of working:
Tuesday 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Thursday 8.00am - 3.00pm (20 minute paid lunch included)
Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (20 minute paid lunch included)
