Teaching & Training practice
3 GP Partners, Physicians associates -Full nursing support team including: ANPs, ACPs, NA's, HCAs, Practice Nurses, Clinical prescribing pharmacists .
We Host a large variety of specialist clinics including (Minor surgery, joint injections, family planning, women's health and more)
System-EMIS Clinical System - Docman- Accurx
Main duties of the job
To manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients.
To carry out all duties in a professional manner and adhere to all protocols, policies and guidelines at all times.
The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled
population
The provision
of services commensurate with the GMS contract
Effective
management of long-term conditions
Processing of
administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription
requests and other associated administrative tasks
Undertake
telephone triage/ Face to face appointments
Duty doctor roles
Maintain
accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and
guidance
Attend and
contribute effectively to practice meetings as required

- The Salaried GP will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing a full range of general medical services to patient groups.
