About us

Fernlea Surgery can trace its roots back to the early 1900s. Legend has it that on the death of its founder, the streets of Tottenham were closed due to the masses of people who followed Dr Cronins coffin to his final resting place.

Fernlea has a growing list size, presently 10 500. There are 4 partners, 3 salaried GPs, a GP registrar, 3 Physicians Associates, 4 nurses, 2 HCAs and non-clinical staff. We truly value our staff and encourage them to adopt our ethos of lifelong learning and further develop their skills.

Patient care and experience drives our enthusiasm. Patients can access our services using a range of modalities with Healthwatch stating we have better access compared to others in the area. Appointments are 15 minutes with a number of specialised clinics. Our services are tailored to accommodate our diverse population. CQC inspections have always been rated Good.
