Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and supportive team due to the upcoming retirement of our senior partner in April 2025.

We are looking to appoint a list holding salaried GP for 4-6 sessions a week with a potential partnership opportunity available for the right candidate.

What we offer

A competitive salary starting in the region of £11,500/ session

6 weeks of annual leave and 1 week of study leave pro rata

15 minute appointments and daily coffee meetings for clinical support/ debrief/ chat

Support for career development including special interests and training.

Regular admin session and laptop provided for remote working.

Regular practice meetings/ educational sessions and socials.

Main duties of the job

Replacing a retiring GP.

4-6 session list holding salaried role

Flexible on days.

Job responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and forward thinking GP to join our existing dedicated and friendly team.

Main duties would include:

Responding to medical problems presented by patients, including history taking, examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment and referral where appropriate.

Doing patient consultations face to face, via telephone or online

Prescribing medications

Home visits where clinically indicated

Assist the practice in completion of QOF and other local enhanced service targets

Clinical admin as per a shared rota

Completion of Medical reports
