Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the surgery.
To provide an administration service in an efficient, professional and effective manner.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a positive can do attitude together with good team working.
Maintain accurate
and up-to-date employee records, with training, immunisations, DBS checks and
other important aspects in the surgery.
To work within the
management team, supporting with areas of responsibility for administration in
recruitment, as directed by the Practice Manager.
Human resource
experience is advantageous but not essential.
This will require
working 16 hours a week, over a 3 day period. Preferably working Mondays,
Thursday and Fridays.
Pay rate will be
according to experience.

practice list size approximately 33,000 patients, and are based over 4 surgery
sites. We are a single practice Primary Care Network and a well-established

- Ensure databases accurately
reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes communicating
contractual amendments and changes of details for payroll and annual leave
purposes.
