Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and motivated individual to join our team as the Digital and Transformation Lead and PCN Administrator. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support to the Primary Care Network (PCN), ensuring the smooth operation of PCN activities and initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Directors and other PCN staff to support training, appraisals, funding applications, and essential administrative tasks that contribute to the delivery of high-quality primary care services.

Main duties of the job

Administrative Support:

Organise and coordinate PCN meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action points.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for PCN activities, staff, and compliance requirements.

Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries within the PCN.

Human Resources (HR) Administration:

Ensure PCN staff are up to date with mandatory training and appraisals, maintaining accurate training logs and schedules.

Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and onboarding new staff.

Manage any HR related tasks and be able to liaise with our HR provider (Croner) in dealing with any potential HR cases.

Funding and Financial Administration:

Support the PCN in applying for funding opportunities via the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and other relevant bodies.

Assist in monitoring and reporting on PCN budgets and funding allocations. This will involve working closely with the PCN Finance Manager

Digital and Transformation Support:

Assist in the implementation of digital tools and technologies to improve PCN efficiency and patient care.

Provide administrative support for transformation projects and initiatives across the PCN.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as a key point of liaison between the PCN Clinical Directors, staff, and external stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication within the PCN and with partner organisations such as the PPG.
