Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking leader to
take on the role ofPCN Operations Manager and Digital &
Transformation Leadfor Shropshire Rural Alliance PCN. This is an exciting
opportunity to shape local health services, lead meaningful change, and work at

You will lead the operational delivery of key services
across the PCN, including Enhanced Access, ARRS workforce development, and
digital transformation programmes such as EMIS Hub, cloud telephony, and
digital triage. This role combines hands-on coordination with strategic
leadership and system-level collaboration.
Based in Rural Shropshire and supported by a proactive team
and federation infrastructure, this role offers variety, autonomy, and impact.
You will work closely with clinical leaders, practice managers, and wider
stakeholders to improve patient outcomes, reduce inequalities, and future-proof
local care.

Main duties of the job
This is a hands on leadership role at the heart of primary
care. You will be based across practices in SRA PCN, working with a wide range
of clinical and non clinical teams to improve patient access, support our
staff, and help services run smoothly every day.
This role offers real variety and impact. One day you could
be building the Enhanced Access rota and supporting a new team member, the next
you might be troubleshooting EMIS sessions, attending a system meeting, or
supporting a GP practice to improve their digital triage. No two days are the
same, and you will work with people across all levels of the health system.

About us
Our Health Partnership was set up by local GPs who are
passionate about providing high quality primary care and using their time and
skills effectively to benefit patients.
We are currently a Primary Care Network made up of five GP
practices supporting approximately 30,000 patients in and around rural
Shropshire. (Clive, Knockin, Pontesbury & Worthen, Shawbury and Westbury)
We are an integrated community-based team delivering a range
of additional services such as extended hours appointments, paramedic home
visiting and first contact physiotherapists to name just a few. By working
