Job summary
The Windmill Practice, located within Sneinton Health Centre is a busy city-centre practice with a list size of circa 10,200 patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and well-organised administrator with excellent IT skills to join our team. Full training provided including 4 week induction period.
This position is for 20 hours per week, to be worked Monday-Thursday. Shift times are negotiable.
Interviews week commencing 13th September.
Main duties of the job
The
following are the core responsibilities of the data administrator. There may be
on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent
upon factors such as workload and staffing levels:
a.
Read
Coding data on SystmOne
b.
Extracting
the required data from clinical correspondence and inputting the data into the
patients electronic healthcare record
c.
Coding
all secondary care (hospital) letters
d.
Informing
patients of test results
e.
Assisting
with the monitoring patient call and recall systems
f.
Maintain
effective security of data all times
g.
Summarise
patients notes
h.
Process
patient online applications as required
i.
Process
patient online requests as required
A suitable candidate would have the following skills:

The Windmill Practice has 5 partners, 5 salaried GPs, a skilled nursing team, practice pharmacists, a social prescriber and an experienced admin and reception team.
