Job summary

We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) who can work alongside partners and team-members to help deliver urgent same-day and next-day general practice to our population. We are working with our local Urgent Treatment Centre and Acute Trust to redesign the delivery of urgent care in our locality and are recruiting suitably qualified staff who can contribute to the next phase of its development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and motivated ACP to be part of this project as we move towards an integrated urgent care solution for the locality. They will demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision making and critical thinking. Above all they will be a caring and compassionate clinician who puts the needs of their patient at the heart of everything they do.
