A superb opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Services Team at Elvington Medical Practice.

Main Purpose of Job:

1. Primary interface to all patients; handling telephone calls, arranging appointments and communicating with patients

2. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of computerised patient record

3. Meeting and greeting all visitors attending the practice

4. Ensuring smooth running of appointment system

Elvington Medical Practice serves over 7,200 patients, within Elvington and neighbouring villages to the south east of York. The Practice prides itself on being a central and active part of the community and providing patients with a personal and professional service. There has been a medical presence in the village for nearly 200 years.
