Magnolia House Surgery in Sunningdale, Berkshire is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. We provide a friendly, fun and supportive environment to work and are continually developing systems and ways of working to ensure we offer high quality patient care.
Magnolia House Surgery has an expanding team who all work well together and offer support. This includes nursing staff, paramedics, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care co-ordinators, Social prescribers and many more. We are a training practice with a range of specialist interests which we actively encourage and would welcome.
Main duties of the job
To support the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The healthcare assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.
About us
Our practice team currently consists of 5 GP partners, 2 salaried GP's, a team of HCA's and Nurses (one nurse who is training to become and ACP) as well as an ever expanding admin team who support the day to day running of the practice. We have an expanding list size, are a training practice, are rated 'Good' from CQC, high QOF acheivers and have strong links with our local federation and are part of a 4 practice PCN. We use Emis web and Docman.
