Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients including health assessments, immunisation, cytology, wound care and other clinical duties. Should have excellent communication skills.
Experience in chronic disease management is desirable.

Immunisations including child imms and travel vaccinations
