We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and proactive candidate to join our highly effective and friendly team.
The successful candidate will need to provide a first-class level of Reception/Customer Service to our patients. We will expect them to enjoy working in a busy reception environment and be prepared to go the extra mile.
The role of medical receptionist is very demanding so we are looking for someone who is confident, has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and good at multi-tasking.
The successful candidate must be computer literate and have a flexible approach to working.
Experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be required to provide effective and efficient reception and administrative services for the practice, in a professional and courteous manner.

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of
reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary
team. Duties can include, but are not limited
to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system,
booking appointments, the processing of information and assisting patients as
required.
To act as the central point of contact for patients,
the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team,
liaising with multi-disciplinary team members and external agencies such as
secondary care and community service providers.
