We are looking to employ the new role to the practice.
The role will be 30 hours per week.
Due to our continued growth and development we have an
exciting opportunity for you to join our innovative and forward thinking
practice of over 15,600 patients with sites in Tynemouth, North Shields and
Hadrian Park.
The role will support our growing management team in day to day administrative tasks which will in turn support the wider organisation.
Main duties of the job
As a new role it will develop over time. The administrative tasks will be varied and allow the management team to grow further.
You will be responsible for HR Admin, Monitoring incoming management communications, meeting planning, staff bulletins and other administrative tasks outlined in the attached Job Description.
About us
We are a friendly, well organised and social surgery with an
increasing patient list of 15,550 patients, operating from three sites; North
Shields, Hadrian Park and Tynemouth.
We are a teaching practice with GP Registrars, F2 Doctors,
Physician Associate, pharmacy and medical students on placement.
Our clinical team comprises; 7 GP Partners, 6 Salaried GPs,
3 Practice Nurses, 3 HCAs, Physician Associate, 3 Pharmacists and 3 Pharmacy
Technicians.
The practice hosts First Contact Physio clinics and has an
in-house Mental Health Nurse.
Alongside our in-house Pharmacy Team, we work with the North
Shields PCN pharmacy Team to provide medication reviews for our patients.
