Job summary

We are looking for an experience Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Knowle House Surgery.

As the successful candidate you will be a highly motivated individual who wants to work within a supportive team serving a busy, diverse practice within Crownhill and Tamerton Foliot, Plymouth.

Main duties of the job

The Mental Health Nurse (MHN) will act autonomously within their professional scope of practice providing care for patients face to face, via telephone, video, and online consultations.

Youll work alongside our team of experienced, dedicated clinical team and operations team to provide a compassionate, and quality level of care to our service users.

Applicants will have strong IT skills, confident in working independently and as part of a team, able to prioritise workload and willing to take on responsibility for decision-making.
