motivated Practice Manager to join our team at Donnington Medical Practice. Candidates must be
conscientious, provide solid leadership and will ideally have a sound knowledge of strategic business
management, GP Practice finance, planning and development.
Main duties of the job
The practice manager is responsible for overseeing the
delivery of patient care, operational and strategic management of the practice,
and representing the practice at events to external agencies and stakeholders,
and to patients. This will include, but is not limited to, leadership, project
management, human resources management supported by external agency,
development and management of service delivery, business development, financial
planning, contract delivery and performance.

About us
Donnington Medical Practice serves a patient list size of approximately 14,500 patients under a GMS Contract from modern purpose-build premises in central Telford. The postholder will work closely with the GP Partners and will be responsible for ensuring the Practice meets its agreed aims and objectives.
