Job summary
Bicester Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic nurse to join our team on a zero hours basis to carry out womens health services to include:
- Contraceptive implant fittings and removals
- Contraceptive and non-contraceptive IUCD (coil) fittings and removal
- Vaginal ring pessary fittings and removals
This role is ideal for someone who is looking for additional ad-hoc work and we anticipate that the clinics will be on a monthly basis, for a day.
The hours for this role are flexible, as long as they are within the practice's core opening hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 6pm).
The successful candidate will be supported by one of our Health Care Assistants.
This will be a zero-hour contract role. Holiday pay will be included in addition to the hourly rate advertised.

About us
Bicester Health Centre is a friendly and progressive practice, involved with training of medical students, GPs and physicians associates. The practice serves over 18,000 patients in Bicester and surrounding villages in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. The practice is located close to the town centre of Bicester. The practice is one of three involved in the Bicester Primary Care Network.
