Job summary
We are excited to introduce a brand-new role within our practice and are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and proactive Medicines Administrators. Each post is for 25 hours per week, spread across five days (Monday to Friday), to ensure daily coverage and continuity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop a new role that will be central to our medicines management processes. You will work closely with our clinical team, patients, and community pharmacies to ensure safe, efficient, and timely prescribing.
The positions will help the practice streamline the process of medication reviews and the associated prescriptions, thus improving the experience for both patients and GPs and hopefully, reducing the need to contact reception for associated matters, allowing other patients to get through.
We are looking for two driven individuals with a keen attention to detail and can do attitude, capable of thinking proactively whilst operating within the scope of procedures.
We plan to hold interviews for candidates who are shortlisted on or shortly afterwards, Wednesday 27th August.
