Main duties of the job

Whether you are an experienced Practice Nurse who loves the variety of general practice based care, or an ANP/Nurse Prescriber who thrives on acute diagnostics, we are interested to hear from you.
If you're a practice nurse looking for your next move. Youll be the heart of our long-term condition management working alongside other experienced practices nurses and health care assistants. From immunisations to cytology and chronic disease reviews, youll build lasting relationships with our diverse patient population.
If you are an ANP or a Nurse Prescriber, you'll be our go-to expert for on-the-day acute presentations along with a team of other clinicians including GPs, Pharmacists, ANPs and Paramedics. Youll use your advanced diagnostic skills to assess, treat, and prescribe, providing fast relief for patients when they need it most.
Want to specialise in Diabetes? Respiratory? Minor Illness? We dont just "allow" training; we push for it. We love seeing our nurses evolve.

We are a multidisciplinary powerhouse. Youll mentor students, support newly qualified staff, and perhaps get involved in Clinical Audit.Work closely with our PCN and external agencies to ensure our most vulnerable patients never fall through the cracks.
