37.5 hours per week. Part time hours would also be considered upon request.
Location
Lancaster. Travel between sites will be required.
The Role
This exciting new opportunity has been created to deliver and support effective project management across our Practice, following an internal review of the leadership structure and wider teams. The post holder will be responsible for the management of all projects within the Practice, leading the project work of the Project Management Office and engaging and supporting wider teams as required. The post holder will focus on business development opportunities, redesign and improvement opportunities as well as providing support to externally mandated projects as required.

What are we looking for?
The successful candidate should be qualified to degree level or with equivalent demonstrable experience. You will have previous project management experience and demonstrate skill in ensuring projects meet financial and operational targets, along with a good understanding of health and social care. Further training or a Project Management qualification would be beneficial, but not essential.
We need someone who is able to analyse and interpret complex information, along with excellent problem solving and organisation skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving projects forward and liaising with multiple stakeholders along the way.
