We seek GPs of all experience levels to join our friendly, innovative,
and progressive practice.
Mildmay is focused on quality accessible care, effective workload

With competitive salaries and a BMA reviewed contract, we are looking
for five to eight sessions.
In addition to NHS Pension we provide Medical Defence Fees, a cycle to
work scheme, protected CPD time, annual leave of six weeks + BH (pro-rata) &
one week study leave.
The practice team includes nurses, HCA, pharmacists, a physician
associate, a social prescribing link worker, care coordinators, a health and
wellbeing Coach, an exercise coach, document coders and a super admin and
reception team.

and services to the practice population, dealing with a diverse range of health
needs.
The working week
There is
Flexibility around session timings and ability to work remotely.
12-minute appointments, mix of face to face and telephone
Infrequent need for home visits
Protected time for communal admin work lists and econsults.
Routine prescriptions completed by our practice pharmacist.
Documents that need looking at are minimized because of our clinical
coders.
Weekly Case Discussion meetings. Regular MDTs and Monthly Educational
half day.
Regular Quality improvement work, including with our PCN and National
programs.
Month of Birth Long term condition recall.
