Job summary
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work as part of our busy but friendly GP Surgeries, to ensure that an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients, doctors, nurses and other visitors to the Practice.
Good interpersonal, organisational and computer skills are essential as well as experience in medical reception work and the EMIS Web clinical system.
The position is for 30 hours per week, between our two Practices in Dudley and Walsall.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
Main duties of the job
Duties
include dealing with patients, dealing with the post/emails, receiving telephone
calls, making appointments, filing, scanning, data input, working as part a
team and working on own initiative when required.
About us
Dr Mahbub has two Practices, one in Dudley and one in Walsall. They are both small but busy single handed GP Practices. The position will be primarily based at the Dudley Practice, but we are looking for someone who can work cross site between the two sites.
