Who are we looking for?
Our team is made up of dynamic, innovative and caring people and we are looking for applicants with similar working ethos. This post would ideally be suitable for someone with experience, however we believe in employing the right person and would help support those with less experience, provided there is a willingness to learn. We feel there are a lot of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge of business and human resource management, as well as organisational processes.
The successful candidate should have effective time management, excellent communication skills with staff, be able to manage and prioritise their workload without supervision, work with a high degree of accuracy, provide timely advice, act on initiative, be an effective problem solver and provide critical analysis.

About the practice
In an environment that promotes an individuals personal and professional development, this role would be suitable for an established Business Manager with experience managing operations preferably in primary care, or a new but highly competent and motivated individual looking to progress. We serve approximately 15,000 socially and culturally diverse patients and work from a large, modern Primary Care Health Centre. We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, GP trainees, pharmacists, nurses, paramedics and our clinical support team including GP Assistants, are looking for an individual with a breadth of business acumen and management skills to support the Management Partner In leading our busy and high-performing Haringey practice.
