About us
Morris House is situated in Tottenham in a large, modern and airy purpose-built medical centre, which we share with district nurses, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists, tissue-viability nurses and a sexual health clinic. Our list size is 15,000 patients. Our patients represent highly diverse populations with a high level of deprivation.
Our practice has a very strong teaching ethos. We train GP registrars, medical students, physicians associates and junior doctors among others. We have close links with Kings College London and the St Georges Physician Associate teaching program. We also have an active Covid vaccination service, having given over 170,000 immunisations so far. We have also organised vaccination events at Hotspur Football stadium and local mosques and community centres. Our award-winning vaccination service has been visited by the prime minister and the Royal Family as well as various MPs and the mayor of London. We perform the full range of clinical roles that you would expect in primary care, including high-level minor surgery. We offer a range of face-to-face and telephone appointments.
We also have a friendly, interactive practice. We support our staff with study leave allowance, study leave funding, regular meetings, morning coffee, teaching and social events.
We were awarded a Good in our last CQC inspection. We have high QOF achievement and work proactively with our PCN and Federation colleagues across the borough.
