Watton Medical Practice is looking for a warm, confident, and proactive individual to join our reception team as a Care Navigator.

This is more than a front desk roleits a chance to be the heartbeat of our practice. As a Care Navigator, youll help patients access the right care, support our clinical team, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency.

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and kindness

• Handle calls and website queries with clarity and care

• Book appointments and maintain accurate records

• Guide patients to the most appropriate services

• Invite patients for health checks, immunisations, and more

Main duties of the job

What Youll Be Doing:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a calm and friendly environment.

• Handling incoming calls and website queries, offering clear guidance and empathetic support.

• Managing appointments and maintaining accurate patient records with precision and care.

• Navigating patients to the most appropriate services and clinicians based on their needs.

• Proactively inviting patients for health checks, immunisations, and other eligible services.

• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks and contributing to a seamless care journey.
