Job summary
The postholder will join our Central Services Team at Better Health MCR, acting as the single point of contact within the organisation
for HR services as well as enquiries from potential candidates applying for
roles.
Better Health MCR is a high quality and highly regulated organisation operating
in the ever-changing environment of the NHS. The duties of the post are
important for good governance; the postholder must operate to the highest
standards and be willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances and be
flexible in their work and approach.
The postholder reports to the Central Services Manager.
Main duties of the job
The HR Administrator has responsibility for the administration of human resources functions and services including recruitment, ensuring that deadlines are met and high standards are achieved.

sizeable student population.

The post is 37.5
hours and will be mostly based at The Robert Darbishire Practice although you
will also need to be able to travel to our other sites as needed. The usual
working hours are 08:30 to 17:00.
Salary will be in
the range £26,177 to £29,258 pro rata (full-time is 37.5 hours), depending on
experience. We offer membership of the NHS Pension Scheme and 5.4 to 6.6
weeks holiday (depending on NHS service) plus bank holidays (pro rata). (The post is not
subject to Agenda for Change terms and conditions.)

- GCSE grade C or higher (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
