Job summary
As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality primary care , and meeting regulatory requirements , professional statutory standards and business performance targets. You will also be responsible for the ongoing recruitement, retention and developement of staff, all HR responsibilities.

To maintain the practice functionality , motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and overall performance , ensuring the practice achieves its long term stategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. The Practice Manager is responsible for HR issues, patient complaints, practice policies & protocols to ensure compliant with CQC, Clinical targets within the practice , data protection, health & safety. I.T security / issues, clinical incidents , significant events, managing the clinical rotas, administrative tasks within the clinical system ( systmone).
