Job summary
We
are seeking a Practice Manager due to the planned retirement of our
long-standing Practice Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced individual to lead our dedicated team which includes a deputy Practice
Manager & an administrative team.
Main duties of the job
- Strategic planning and development, contributing to the practice's business plan.
- Financial management, including budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, liaising with accountants.
- Human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Operational management, ensuring efficient appointment systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to CQC standards, GDPR, and health and safety regulations.
- Patient services management, addressing patient feedback and complaints.
- IT and data management, ensuring data security and effective use of practice systems (EMIS web, Docman, Accurx).

- Degree qualification or equivalent.

- Sound financial management skills. Good financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
