Job summary

The Fairfields Practice is an established inner-city practice based at The Mary Potter Centre. We provide medical services for 7000 registered patients.

We are seeking a practice nurse join our multi-disciplinary team to cover maternity leave on a fixed term basis. The role is to provide quality healthcare, support and outcomes for our patients. Part time- work pattern and hours negotiable

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will be registered with the NMC and ideally have experience working within General Practice and health promotion and the management of long term conditions.

The Fairfields Practice is based that The Mary Potter Centre. The practice has 6 GP partners, 2 practice nurses, 1 health care assistant, and an experienced reception / administrative team
