Job summary

We are looking to recruit a motivated, experienced, committed and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Practice team.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to the whole practice population, working closely with the Practice Nursing Team, GPs, Pharmacist and Practice Manager to deliver the practice working priorities.

St Laurences Medical Centre is a training practice of consisting of 2 GP Partners, GPs, Practice Nursing Team, Practice Manager and a full and competent Admin Team. We have a list size of around 6,000 patients and we are a very friendly and enthusiastic Practice

  • Referring patients as appropriate
  • Attending training and development as required

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

  • Previous experience in primary care or community health settings
