The newly created role will be challenging, exciting and
diverse. The successful candidate will be approachable, efficient, flexible,
and patient focused. You will enjoy a broad range of day-to-day operational
exposure and work alongside the Partners, HR Manager, Operations Manager
(External Relations), and the Nurse Lead to ensure
the smooth day-to-day running of the Practice. To succeed in this role, you
will need to demonstrate experience of leading teams as well as outstanding
communication and people skills. You will have a practical experience of using
all Microsoft suite applications.
Main duties of the job
The post will have management responsibility for the day-to-day
running of teams within the Practice and will focus on high quality and
improving services. The post holder will need to engage effectively with the
teams, peer group and internal stakeholders to support in delivering key
performance indicators. This will require an inclusive, transparent, open
approach in your role, where you are happy to be accountable to others.
Prior experience of working in a healthcare environment or
similar environment would be a great advantage.
Beyond that, it is all
about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to have a good
relationship with people and build relationships with both internal and
external stakeholders.
