Full
Time: 37.5 hours per week (Flexibility
between the hours of 8:30am to 6:30pm exact working hours to be agreed with
post holder) This role is fully onsite.
£29,349.96
per annum

Main duties of the job
The role will broadly work across compliance areas such as
health and safety administration, reporting and analysis, and people compliance.
Your workload will be varied and will include database input, updating data, and
working across a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be able
to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, have attention to
detail, be hard working with a flexible attitude. We are looking for someone who have
outstanding organisation skills and have excellent IT skills which includes
excel and the ability to analysis large data.
Prior
experience of working in a General Practice or Primary Care would be a great
advantage but not essential.
Beyond that, its all about your brilliant, positive energy and
natural ability to get along with people and build relationships.

Leeds Student Medical Practice (LSMP) are a busy GP
Surgery, close to the University of Leeds, caring for students and their
families studying in the city. We have newly
created permanent role for a Compliance Administrator to join our large,
supportive, busy, and friendly team. We

development and implementation of effective Pre-Employment Administration,
Organisational Health and Safety compliance, and revalidation processes and
insurance.
The post holder provides effective administration activities
and processes relating to clinical governance, quality assurance, onboarding
and offboarding processes, quality assurance and Care Quality Commission (CQC)
compliance. The postholder will support
with governance compliance and service specific requirements. The postholder
will also oversee document control and accessing and maintaining all compliance
records.

- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
