Job summary
As
an ANP, you will run your own clinics at the surgery with a mix of
telephone and face to face appointments. We have a great support network, both
clinically and administratively. You will be joining our current clinical team
of 2 GP Partners, 1 ANP, and experienced reception/ administration team .
We are offering a good salary (depending
on experience) NHS pension, annual leave and bank holidays (pro rata).

Main duties of the job
The
post holder will be a caring, compassionate and committed experienced
practitioner who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide
care for the patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment,
diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. They will demonstrate safe,
competent, and critical decision-making and expert care for patients within the
general practice. They will communicate and work collaboratively with the
multi-disciplinary practice team to meet the needs of patients while supporting
the delivery of policy and procedures.

The City Surgery is a friendly and supportive GP practice in the centre of Cardiff. We have a patient base of approximately 6500 patients. We are looking for an experienced ANP, who is a independent prescriber to join our caring team and make a meaningful impact in patient care.
