Due to expansion and succession planning, we have an exciting opportunity for a GP Partner to join our successful and excellent team here at Bedminster Family Practice
We are a thriving PMS practice (12,400 patients) with a GOOD CQC rating and we are, regularly, high QOF achievers.
We are a Training Practice.
As a GP Partner, you will play an essential role in managing and shaping the future of the practice during these exciting times.
We would love to hear from dynamic, committed and caring GPs, able to offer a minimum of 5 sessions per week and who can demonstrate a strong work and team ethic, alongside excellent leadership skills and business acumen.
The practice is part of Swift PCN (76,000 patients)
Bristol is a fabulous city, with a huge amount to offer. We are close to Bristol City Centre, just south of the River Avon and within walking distance of Bristol Harbourside and Temple Meads train station.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a GP Partner to join our three existing partners. As a GP Partner you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of
clinical care for all registered and temporary patients, whilst complying with
the PMS contract.
The post-holder will be expected to adhere to GMC standards for good medical
practice, managing a pro rata
share of the patient list, leading by example and maintaining a positive,
collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
You will also provide effective management and leadership of the practice.

About us
Our team comprises 3 forward-thinking Partners who work closely
with 6 salaried GPs, 2 ANPs, a Pharmacy Team, FCPs, paramedic, a strong nursing
team, Social Prescriber & Health & Wellbeing Coach.
Our
purpose-built partner-owned premises boast a minor surgery suite, showers
& parking. We host a variety of local services (midwives, IAPT, Bristol
Drug Project)
Our
ANPs provide excellent frontline cover, relieving pressure for GPs with same
day appointments
We
have a dedicated visiting session (low visiting rates) and clinicians meet
daily for coffee

continuous improvement and development is important to us and we are always

patient-centred care
