Peters Surgery, Woolston is looking to recruit a new flexible salaried GP for
up to 6 sessions.

Main duties of the job
Salaried GP
up to 6 sessions
Our patient demographic is very mixed, resulting in a very diverse and interesting clinical workload which is set at a realistic level. There is time built into the sessions for admin and additional responsibilities and home visiting is low. Our admin team is highly organised and are implementing additional workflow management systems to reduce the administrative burden for everyone.
About us
We are a small very friendly practice with a new
vision for innovative development and growth to become a holistic Health and
Wellbeing Centre. We are exploring new models of working and have a diverse
clinical team of 2 ANP Prescribers,1 Paramedic prescriber, a practice nurse,
Pharmacy Technician, and an HCA. We also have AARS Physiotherapist, Clinical
Pharmacist, Health and Wellbeing Coach and Social Prescriber. We are a teaching
practice for GPs and allied professionals and are developing a strong
Multi-Disciplinary Team via the PCN.
The
surgery offers an incredible atmosphere to work in, with an open-door policy
and regular meetings with the multi-disciplinary team and the practice team.
Everyone has an opportunity to voice opinions as to how the practice could be
improved and the aim is to move to a shared ownership model for all
staff.
