We have an opportunity for a unique and varied role within a 24,000 patient Surgery, split across three sites in the up and coming town of Hastings. The role is split between working as a Triage Lead and a Salaried GP.
Triage Lead:
Dedicated triage hub, situated in the famous Hastings Old Town
Clinical Support from an Allied Healthcare Professional each day
Dedicated admin support
Great working environment and team ethos
Support from Clinical Pharmacy Team
Triage lists for specialist areas
Daily clinical break where all clinical staff meet remotely / face-to-face to discuss clinical cases and queries
Salaried GP
As the triage role is rotated between the Triage Lead and GP Partners, when not working in the triage hub, you will work as a Salaried GP. Our Salaried GP templates include face-to-face and telephone / video appointments, as well as a daily clinical break, admin time and catch up slots.
Main duties of the job
