Job summary
Hastings & Rother Healthcare are currently looking for two full-time receptionist's to join our dynamic and evolving
organisation. Previous experience of working in a busy reception environment
would be an advantage, however we would encourage applications from candidates
with experience in a strong customer service based role.
Main duties of the job
Our reception roles are varied and interesting and
applicants should be self-motivated and dedicated to providing excellent

About us
Hastings & Rother Healthcare are a partnership
consisting of three GP practices within Hastings & St Leonard's on Sea.
Each practice is located at its own designated site but all sites work
collaboratively and cohesively as one organisation. Our aim is to deliver high
quality, patient-led care and we are committed to putting our patients first.

- Minimum of GCSE Level C in English or equivalent
- Experience of working with the general public
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- IT literacy including excellent proficiency in word processing, excel and data entry
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to ensure a calming manner when communicating with difficult people, in person or on the telephone
- Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post
- The ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Understand and have a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and diversity
