Job summary

Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, forward thinking Clinical Pharmacist looking for a new venture with a like-minded clinical team? If so, we are looking for a full-time Clinical Pharmacist who has a passion for high quality, patient-led care and a desire to make a difference.

Hastings & Rother Healthcare are a partnership consisting of three GP practices within Hastings & St Leonards on Sea. Each practice currently operates independently and are supported by a number of central functions, as well as clinical support from the other practices.

The successful candidate will primarily be based at Hastings Old Town Surgery but will be required to work across the operational sites of HRH as required.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries, resolving day-to-day medicine issues, consulting with and treating patients directly.

You will help support the repeat prescription system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patients

About us

We have a highly skilled clinical team working across the sites, which include; five experienced GPs, ten Practice Nurses, six HCAs, two Phlebotomists, five Nurse Practitioners, three Trainee Nurse Practitioners, three Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Nurse and two Paramedic Practitioners.
