Digital and Transformation Project Support Officer, Richmondshire PCN

Job summary

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Part Time Digital and Transformation Project Officer (3-4 days per week) to join our rapidly expanding primary care team, working across Richmondshire Primary Care Network (PCN). The Network supports over 43,000 patients from 8 practices across the area.

The post holder will be an integral part of the PCN team and will work across constituent practices and the wider PCN.

This role will provide additional flexibility to Primary Care Networks by driving the expansion of the primary care workforce which was seen as an immediate priority in the People Plan 2020/21 and the delivery plan for recovering access to primary care May 2023.

Main duties of the job

The PCN Digital and Transformation Project Support Officer will play a key role in the continued development of the digital infrastructure of the PCN. They will work closely with the Digital and Transformation Lead to ensure the monitoring and administration of projects and services committed to or commissioned by the PCN. They will support the Clinical Director and Digital and Transformation Lead with data analysis and admin, whilst helping to improve processes and patient access.

Richmondshire PCN-you will work within the PCN which covers the following practices: Scorton Medical Centre, Scorton ; Quakers Lane Surgery, Richmond ; The Friary Surgery, Richmond ; Doctors Lane Surgery, Aldbrough St John ; Catterick Village Surgery, Catterick ; Leyburn Medical Practice, Leyburn ; Harewood Medical Practice, Catterick Garrison and Central Dales Practice, Hawes

The successful applicant will be joining a dedicated multidisciplinary workforce delivering a personalised and integrated care service for all registered patients.They will become part of a forward thinking PCN which is committed to the development of a dedicated, caring and resilient multidisciplinary primary care workforce.
