Job summary

The Alton Practice, rated as GOOD at a recent CQC inspection (Aug 2022), is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual for the role of Practice Manager.

The Alton Practice is a dynamic, innovative practice which is passionate about high quality patient care. We are a well established teaching practice and are committed to the ongoing training and development of our teams.

We are looking for an individual with experience in primary care who is looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and develop with a supportive and safe practice.

There are opportunities for flexible working and the successful candidate would be supported by a well established multi-disciplinary team

We have a stable, well established multidisciplinary team of GPs, Nurses, HCAs, supported by pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribers and mental health professionals.

We are passionate about teaching; we're an established training practice and host medical students.
