We are looking for an exceptional Health Care Assistant to join our team at Mid Hampshire Healthcare which covers the Winchester East & North Rural area.

Previous experience of community caring is a benefit but not essential as we offer a structured training development programme with formal support, provided. If you choose to join us here, many of your new colleagues will have joined us from acute services and found community nursing to be the exciting and challenging next step in their nursing career.

Main duties of the job

As a community HCA, you will be directly involved in facilitating and shaping self-care for patients with long term conditions in order to help keep them as well as possible in their own homes.
