Brentworth (Brentford & Isleworth) PCN Operations Manager

Job summary

Brentworth PCN (primary care network) consists of 7 GP practices - Albany, Brentford Group, Brentford Family, Isleworth (formerly Argyle), Spring Grove, St Margaret's and Thornbury which together provide care for about 60,000 patients mainly in the Brentford and Isleworth area.

The Operations Manager will deliver on a wide range of business, data submission, transformation and improvement initiatives across the PCN.

Main duties of the job

• The Operations Manager will be instrumental in progressing the PCNs development plan. This role will involve working very closely with the two Clinical Directors and the member practices to provide good patient care with excellent use of limited resources.
• Will develop strong relationships and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the PCN and London Borough of Hounslow to ensure collaborative approaches to service development and delivery.
• Will be responsible for managing agreed projects with a focus upon developing the partnerships across primary care, community services, social care, mental health, the voluntary sector and secondary care that are enabling on-going MDT development.
• Will be responsible for disseminating new information across the member practices and tasked with coordinating shared learning events.

About us

Brentworth PCN currently has 2 clinical directors (CDs), Dr Parmod Luthra from Spring Grove and Dr Sarvesh Saini from St. Margaret's who will be working very closely with the new Operations Manager.

Our main aim is to improve patient care and to achieve clinical targets, with our limited resources, by supporting the GP practices of the PCN.
