Job summary
Exciting opportunity for the right candidate. This Post is for 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will work alongside the Practice Manager providing support with the day to day running of the surgery and taking responsibility for certain aspects of the duties associated with management.
It is advantageous that the right candidate will have worked in a GP surgery. They should be capable of using their own initiative when required and have the confidence to work alone.
Main duties of the job
You will work alongside the Practice Manager, working on Policies, Health & Safety, HR, QOF, implementing new initiatives & changes, solvving problems and other duties as and when required.
About us
Kingstanding Circle Surgery is a small but busy surgery with a list size of over 6,600 patients and is rapidly growing due largely to patients satisfaction with the care they are receiving from our dedicated staff within all areas of the practice.
We do not have a high turnover of staff due to the staff working environment and team work ethics.
We have three 1 GP Partner, 1 Practice Manager Partner, 2 salaried GP's, 1 Practice Nurse, 2 HCA's and other roles through the PCN ARRS roles scheme including Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, and a Mental Health Practitioners.
