Job summary
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse seeking a
fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being
of your community? We are excited to offer a permanent position for an
experienced Practice Nurse starting in March.
You will work across our Welby and Swingbridge practices in
Bottesford and Grantham for 4 days per week (30 hours), between
08:00-18:30.
Main duties of the job
You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Youll work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, minor illness nurses, and our dedicated practice nurse team, with additional support from skilled managerial, dispensing, reception, and administrative staff.
As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management.

- Contraception reviews and family planning
- Travel vaccinations
- Chronic disease management
- Dementia reviews
