Job summary

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a Group Support Administrator to support our Compliance, Finance, and HR teams while contributing to pharmaceutical product handling and packing.

Main duties of the job

Compliance and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in preparing compliance documentation, including audit logs, reports, and updates.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards and is properly filed.

Finance Administration:

  • Support the finance team with data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and receipts.

HR Support:

  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR-related documentation.
  • Support HR onboarding, compliance and training tasks.

Manual Handling and Drug Packing:

  • Safely handle and pack pharmaceutical products according to guidelines and standards.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products are packed accurately and securely.
  • Assist in stock management, including counting and organising inventory.

This role supports the Compliance, Finance, and HR departments with administrative tasks while also assisting in the packing and handling of pharmaceutical products. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle manual tasks are critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable with manual handling tasks and able to lift [insert weight limit, e.g., 20 kg] safely.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • [Any required certifications, e.g., Manual Handling Certificate or training].

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, lift, and carry out repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a controlled environment for handling pharmaceutical products.
