We are looking for a Doctor to join alongside our dynamic and friendly team, either as a GP partner or in a salaried role. This vacancy is to replace a salaried GP who is relocating
If you are looking for:
A practice which prides itself on being part of the local community, providing friendly, caring and timely medical services to al its patients
A salaried GP post or a partnership, ideally up to 6 sessions a week, with flexibility in sessions worked and the opportunity to develop your own interests
A supportive and friendly established training practice, where we talk to each other and discuss challenges and developments together
Main duties of the job
Currently we are providing Duty shared telephone triage list with urgent face to face appointments where appropriate morning and afternoon. 15minute routine telephone appointments with a mixture of surgery and telephone appointments E-consults open within working day only
Use of AccuRx for video consultations where needed
Access to Acute visiting service, primary care MSK team, primary care talking therapy, mental health hub and social prescribing team
In house pharmacy team with additional remote pharmacy support

A dedicated team currently of six GP partners, two salaried doctors two advanced nurse practitioner, plus two practice nurses and three HCAs. A full compliment of management and supporting staff. List size 11,000. Established training practice with successful applicant having the opportunity to develop this role. Good CQC rating in all areas and high QOF achievement. Craneswater Group Practice is a member of Portsmouth South Coast Primary Network with shared AARS team
We have Portsmouth Target in place locally- 10 protected education/practice development sessions each year
We own and work from 2 established premises in Southsea, with options to "buy in"

We are looking for doctors to join alongside our dynamic and friendly team, either as a GP Partner or in a Salaried role, in this high achieving practice only a stones throw away from the seafront, following retirements in early 2022 and expansion of our list size.
Benefits include
A dedicated team currently of 6 GP partners, 2 salaried doctors, a nurse practitioner plus 3 practice nurse and 3 HCAs. List size 11,900
Established training practice with the successful applicant having the opportunity to develop this role
Flexibility in hours, sessions and special interests welcome
Good CQC rating and High QOF achievement and consistently one of the highest rated practices overall for patient experience in National GP Patient Survey
Member of Portsmouth South Coast Network, with shared Pharmacist, Dietician and Social Prescriber
Member of Portsmouth Primary Care Alliance who deliver extended access and acute visiting services to support local practices
Prior to lockdown we were offering:
15 minute routine booked appointments
Walk-in surgery and duty team for management of on the day demand
Appointments from 2 established premises in Southsea
Portsmouth TARGET - 10 protected education/practice development sessions each year
Currently we are providing:
Duty shared telephone triage list, with urgent face to face appointments when appropriate
Routine telephone appointments with prebooked face to face slots
E-consults open within working day only
Use of AccuRX for video consultations when needed, plus other communication
Meeting using MS Teams, or in person when safe to do so
Portsmouth TARGET continues, with some of these using MS Teams
